1. High reliability
1) The scroll compressor has fewer main pars,which is 1/8 of the number of piston machines.The reduction of parts is the key factor to improve the reliability of scroll compressor.
2) Small radius of rotation,linear speed is only 2m/s,less wear,high mechanical efficiency and small vibration.
3) Scientific control of the whole machine system to ensure the stability of the improvement.
2. Low noise
1) The knocking sound of valve balde and the blasting sound of air flow are eliminated because there is no complex motion ,mechanism of suction and exhaust valve.
2) Continuous and stable suction and exhaust,more than 6000 times per minute,making the air pulsation is extremely small.
3. Lower energy consumption
1) The volume efficiency of scroll air compressor is up to 98% due to suction supercharging effect and no clearance volume.
2) Because several working chambers are gradually compressed,the pressure difference between adjacent working chambers is very small,so the leakage is rare naturally.A compression peocess is compressed seneral times,with high thermal efficiency.
3) There is no suction and exhaust valves,so the resistance loss of intake and exhaust is almost zero.Friction and wear without moving mechanism and high mechanical efficiency are the main reasons why scroll compressor is more energy-saving than other air compressors.
4. Lower ,maintenance costs
The main engine has fewer parts and less vulnerable parts,which greatly reduacement of parts.Parts replacement cycle is long,easy to use and low maintenance cost.
