The comprehensive performance of deep-sea aquaculture mooring chains is higher than that of ordinary marine anchor chains. Through technical R&D and design, Haosail has optimized the material division and production process to meet the requirements of deep-sea aquaculture mooring use. The seawater corrosion resistance service life of the deep-sea aquaculture mooring chains can reach more than 5 years; The yield strength, tensile strength and effective load capacity are increased by more than 20%; The weight of the mooring system is effectively reduced by 30%, which improves the safety of the system and reduces the equipment costs at the same time.
The most popular stud link anchor chains used for aquaculture mooring are Grade U2 & U3 from 16mm to 76mm. Shipping society certificates are also available, like LR, ABS, DNV, BV etc.
The ship's anchor chain, anchor and chain cabin are often subjected to friction and seawater corrosion, which is easy to produce more severe rust, so the coating is required to have the role of seawater corrosion resistance and rust prevention. 
The coating usually used is epoxy coal asphalt paint, which is generally coated 2 to 3 times, and the dry film thickness is more than 60μm. In the use of ships, it was found that the paint film fell off due to bumps and other reasons, and it needs to be repaired in time. Repair method: In a dry environment, sand the edge of the old paint film, remove dust and dirt, brush the epoxy coal asphalt paint carefully painted on the anchor chain, 24h later, the second coat, 5 days before use, during which do not drag and stack the undried anchor chain.
