Metal: Generally made of high-strength alloy steel or stainless steel. Metal slings are extremely strong and can withstand huge tensile forces. They are suitable for lifting overweight and oversized objects, and have the advantages of high temperature resistance and not easy to deform, but they are relatively heavy and not as flexible as synthetic fiber slings.
Type
Flat slings: Made of multiple layers of synthetic fiber fabrics through a special weaving process, they are flat. Its surface is relatively smooth, and the contact area with the heavy object is large. It can effectively disperse the pressure and reduce damage to the surface of the heavy object. Round slings: Usually, synthetic fiber tows are twisted, weaved, and made into a round structure. Metal chain sling: It is made of metal chain links, has high strength, can withstand high temperature environment, and is often used in the lifting of large machinery and equipment, cargo loading and unloading at port terminals, and other occasions that require extremely high lifting strength.
