G2150 US type D shackles adopt drop-forged alloy steel, quenched and tempered for high tensile strength and outstanding fatigue resistance. Equipped with safety bolt, nut and cotter pin triple locking structure, the pin will not loosen or back off under vibration or rotating load, delivering much higher security than ordinary screw pin shackles.
The shackle body is hot-dip galvanized to resist rust and seawater corrosion, suitable for marine, mining, port lifting, wind power and permanent rigging projects. WLL working load limit is permanently embossed on each shackle for easy identification. It comes with standard 6:1 safety factor and CE certification.
The wide bow design allows connection with multiple slings, wire ropes and chains. Available in a full range of sizes, this heavy-duty rigging hardware is widely accepted by customers from Australia, UK, Middle East and Southeast Asia. We can provide test reports and material certificates to support your project inspection.
