The most critical part is the performance testing. Products must withstand a static load test at 1.25 times the rated load and remain free of deformation and cracks for 5 minutes to pass. The breaking test requires the product to reach 4 times the rated load standard. Additionally, tests for galvanized layer thickness and salt spray corrosion resistance are essential. Passing the 72-hour salt spray test guarantees the product's long-term reliability in harsh environments. All test data are recorded and archived to ensure traceability, providing users with safe and reliable lifting tools through stringent standards.
