Master Link also named as mold forged master link, Lamb master link, forging master link, internationally called forged master link, it is a kind of rigging fittings. We use it for aquaculture cage mooring system.

Productive process and workshop:
1. Raw material preparation

2. forge
(1) Heating billet: the billet is heated to the appropriate forging temperature range, different alloy materials forging temperature is different, generally around 1000ºC-1200ºC. (1) Roughing: Using lathe, milling machine, drilling machine and other mechanical processing equipment, the main chain ring after heat treatment is roughed, and the connecting hole and mounting surface of the main chain ring are processed, leaving a processing margin of about 0.5mm-1mm for subsequent finishing.
